Job summary

Qualifications

• Underground mining maintenance planning experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP.
• Validated safe work record required.
• Ability to work in a team-based maintenance organization.

Responsibilities

• Complete scheduling of weekly maintenance plans for UG and Major Repair shop.
• Ensure accurate job packets and schedules are maintained and distributed.
• Run and report on maintenance KPI's.
• Assist other planners in closing and scanning work orders.
• Communicate with operations and maintenance personnel.
• Improve maintenance efficiency using planned, predictive, and maintenance techniques.
• Write purchase requisitions for unavailable material.
• Track progress of ordered material and schedule work once parts arrive.
• Prepare Fixed Maintenance forecasts and budget.
