Job summary

Barminco Mining Services USA LLC is seeking an experienced Electrical Foreperson to lead underground electrical operations on a project located about 65 miles outside Elko, Nevada. The role reports to the Maintenance Superintendent and focuses on safe, compliant electrical service delivery for our mining sites.

Responsibilities include developing crews, adhering to US standards, maintaining electrical licenses, supporting tenders and cost reviews, and collaborating with the technology team to

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years as an underground electrician with at least 5 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of US standards for underground mining electrical systems.
• Experience developing and maintaining electrical management systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop electrical crews to perform safely and efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with Barminco safety systems and relevant regulations.
• Maintain electrical licenses for all US operations.
• Develop and maintain procedures meeting US standards and legislation.
• Collaborate with project management and operations to resolve safety issues.
