Job summary

Barminco Mining Services USA LLC invites qualified Maintenance Superintendent to lead underground mobile equipment maintenance at a project location 65 miles outside Elko, Nevada. Reporting to the Project Manager, you will supervise the on-site maintenance team and ensure safe, efficient servicing to maximize production.

This role requires extensive underground mining experience, strong leadership, and a proven safety culture.

Qualifications

• A minimum of at least 10 years underground mining experience in high-speed, high-production environments.
• Extensive knowledge of Barminco jumbo operations and full scope utilization for development equipment.
• Strong safety leadership and incident management experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance department performance including safety, quality, and equipment performance.
• Provide leadership and standards across maintenance through clear communication to crew leaders.
• Ensure capability and processes for high-quality incident investigations and safety culture.
• Mentor site maintenance leadership and support cross-functional teams.
