Pike Electric, Inc. is seeking a Foreman to lead a crew in the construction and repair of underground electrical distribution systems. The role involves working with energized and de-energized lines, traveling to various job sites, and reporting to the General Foreman.

The position emphasizes safety, crew coaching, and accountability for project quality and deadlines, including out-of-state assignments and on-call work as needed.

Qualifikationen

• Five (5) years of underground line experience.
• Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
• Willing to travel long distances on short notice.
• Lift, carry, push, or pull materials and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Willing to work out-of-state assignments and overtime.

Aufgaben

• Perform new construction, maintenance and repair of underground distribution systems, prioritizing safety.
• Lead crew members and conduct pre-job and tailgate safety briefings.
• Coach and train lower classifications in safe and productive work procedures.
• Oversee project quality and completion deadlines.
• Install and repair underground facilities and conductors, troubleshoot and locate faults.
• Coordinate switching, tagging, grounding and voltage tests on energized lines.
