Job summary

Pike Electric, LLC is seeking a Foreman to lead crews in constructing and repairing underground distribution systems. You will supervise live-line work, ensure safety protocols, and coordinate project progress to meet deadlines, while traveling to multiple job sites as needed.

The role emphasizes safety, leadership, and hands-on experience with energized and de-energized lines, plus the ability to train junior staff and work varied schedules including outages and overtime.

Qualifications

• Five (5) years of underground line experience.
• Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
• Willing to travel long distances on short notice.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Lead crew to construct and repair underground distribution systems.
• Perform live line work and ensure safety procedures.
• Oversee project quality and deadlines.
• Provide coaching and training to junior employees in safe procedures.
• Work outdoors, in varied conditions, including outages and storms.
