Qualifications

• 5 years of field experience in underground electrical work.
• Ability to read and communicate effectively in English.
• Able to obtain a Commercial Driver's License permit within 60 days.
• CDL preferred.
• Ability to travel long distances on short notice.
• Able to lift 50 lbs and perform physically demanding work.

Responsibilities

• Assist with installation, maintenance and repair of underground transformers.
• Assist in replacing fuses in transformers and clears faulted circuits.
• Operate and inspect equipment and PPE.
• Work safely around high voltage and follow safety rules.
• Maintain company vehicles, tools and equipment.
• Follow directions and learn materials used.
