FlatironDragados is seeking a dedicated Superintendent in San Diego, California, passionate about ensuring high-quality construction outcomes. You will coordinate and supervise all aspects of production and workforce management, ensuring compliance with project specifications.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of heavy civil construction experience required.
• 5+ years construction management experience required.
• Safety Trained Supervisor (STS) certification preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Plan work methods, materials, and equipment for assigned projects.
• Supervise sub-contractor production and workforce for assigned project work.
• Ensure project compliance with contract drawings and specifications.
• Forecast work schedule to identify possible issues.
