Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business or equivalent required.
• 3-4 years of construction experience.
• Ability to read and analyze engineering drawings and specifications.
• Strong knowledge of contracts and contract language.
• Identify, prioritize and mitigate project risk.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project budgets, including changes in means and methods.
• Support cost tracking, reporting and forecasting with accurate coding.
• Assist with change order management and cost estimates.
• Help with monthly project cost forecasting and subcontractor analysis.
• Participate in project audits and support customer relationships.
• Provide training and guidance to clerical staff as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
