The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering, 5+ years in heavy civil construction including bridges, and strong leadership and technical skills with AutoCAD, MS Office, and database tools. Travel and relocation may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in heavy civil construction.
• Bridge construction experience required.
• Proven leadership and mentoring abilities.

Responsabilités

• Analyze survey data and drawings to plan projects.
• Estimate cost and revenue progression from project start.
• Coordinate with Walkers/Superintendents on planning and approvals.
• Lead regular team meetings and coordinate subcontractors.
• Develop work plans and safety hazard analyses for crews.
• Monitor site progress to ensure design compliance and productivity.
• Travel and relocation as needed.
