Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain CPM and linear scheduling to drive project status.
• Oversee monthly pay applications and ensure client submission accuracy.
• Prepare and maintain the Schedule of Values for the project.
• Manage subcontractor contracts, payments, and client payments.
• Interface with client management and coordinate project control.
• Manage labor reporting and monthly cash flow analysis.
