Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a relevant field.
• Master’s degree in counseling, student affairs, or related field preferred.
• Experience in academic coaching or student services is desirable.
• Ability to support undergraduate student development and retention.

Responsibilities

• Provide general academic coaching to students through walk-in and scheduled appointments.
• Develop individualized Student Success Plans for students.
• Monitor progress and provide ongoing guidance and accountability.
• Connect students with campus and community resources (tutoring, counseling, health services).
• Collaborate with campus departments to ensure appropriate support.
