Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience in a higher education admissions, recruiting, or enrollment management.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and university applications (Banner, Salesforce).

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative, logistical, and recruitment support for undergraduate recruitment.
• Coordinate recruitment events, including fairs, open houses, and visit days.
• Serve as liaison between Admissions Counselors and College of Business Advisors.
• Assist with transfer workshops and ADVANCE outreach.
• Maintain campus presence at regional community colleges and events.
