Job summary

The successful candidate will manage databases, coordinate billing for equitation courses and study abroad programs, and create reports.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or higher in any field, with administrative experience.
• Strong MS Office, Google tools, and Teams proficiency.
• Ability to work independently in a busy office and interact with diverse people.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support for Undergraduate Program Directors and staff.
• Maintain confidential information and manage databases for undergrad programs.
• Lead mass communication to current and prospective students (webpages, Canvas, lists, newsletters).
• Process and update student forms and paperwork; assist in evaluating student assignments.
