Job summary

The successful candidate reports to the Associate Dean and Director of Academic Programs, with opportunities for professional development in fiscal management and broad campus

Qualifications

• Postsecondary education in office technology or equivalent.
• Experience providing customer service and interacting with diverse audiences.
• Experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or fiscal position.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, Outlook, and Google/Microsoft platforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide logistical, administrative, and fiscal support to the office.
• Manage purchasing (HokieMart), accounts payable, and budget reconciliation.
• Supervise student wage workers and schedule classrooms and events.
• Coordinate inventory, key management, facilities, and safety compliance.
• Serve as first point of contact and liaise on network/infrastructure matters.
