Virginia Tech's School of Animal Sciences seeks a Program Support Coordinator to aid the Office of Undergraduate Education. The role includes coordinating records, communicating with faculty, staff, and students, and supporting program administrators.

You will manage databases, handle billing for courses, and create reports. The successful candidate will lead undergraduate communications, support recruitment and retention, and assist in events and paperwork.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft Office software, Google suite, and Teams.
• Experience working in a busy office environment is preferred.
• Associate's degree or higher and/or equivalent administrative experience.

Responsabilités

• Provide administrative support for Undergraduate Program Director and staff.
• Greet visitors and serve as first point of contact for SAS undergraduate education.
• Organize and manage databases related to undergraduate programs; bill students for programs.
• Create reports and lead mass communication to current and prospective students.
