Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1+ years of professional experience in administrative support, event support, and/or program coordination.
• Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
• Ability to multi-task and work with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Co-manage curriculum changes with chairs, advisors, and staff.
• Monitor enrollments and adjust schedules for high demand.
• Enter courses, recitations, and labs into CU-SIS for all terms.
• Provide enrollment assistance and track class permissions.
• Plan, manage, and execute department events of varying scale.
• Manage event budgets, vendor sourcing, and timely payments.
• Coordinate travel arrangements and reimbursements for visitors.
• Develop communications and marketing materials to boost attendance.
• Lead pre- and post-event reviews to improve processes.
