Job summary

University of Colorado Boulder seeks a Coordinator for Undergraduate Programs to provide administrative and programmatic support for the Associate Dean and Executive Director for Leeds Undergraduate Programs. The role ensures effective execution of initiatives that enhance the undergraduate student experience and requires collaboration with students, faculty, staff, alumni, and external partners.

The position reports to the Executive Director for Undergraduate Programs and advances Leeds

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution (or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience).
• One year of relevant administrative experience in a professional setting.
• Strong multi-tasking and prioritization skills in fast-paced environments.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office, including Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Manage executive calendars and travel arrangements for leadership.
• Coordinate Dean's List and related recognition processes.
• Plan and execute DLF leadership retreats and events.
• Support Leeds programs with administrative policy guidance.
• Liaise with DSC, BGS, BLIR and program stakeholders.
