This role reports to the Executive Director and Partners with the Associate Dean to execute initiatives that enhance the undergraduate student experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution (or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience).
• One year of relevant administrative experience in a professional setting.
• Strong multi-tasking and prioritization skills in fast-paced environments.
• Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through with timelines.
• Strong written and verbal communication with adaptable style.

Responsibilities

• Assist with program and event logistics for Leeds Undergraduate Programs.
• Coordinate calendars, travel, and reimbursements for program leadership.
• Support Dean's leadership initiatives and student-facing programs.
• Prepare materials and communications for various stakeholders.
