University of Colorado Boulder is seeking a highly organized Coordinator for Undergraduate Programs to provide administrative and programmatic support to the Associate Dean and Executive Director for Leeds Undergraduate Programs. The role drives logistics, calendar management, travel coordination, and collaboration with students, faculty, staff, alumni, and external partners.

The position is hybrid, requires strong multi-tasking and attention to detail, and aims to advance the Leeds strategic

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• 3+ years of administrative experience in a professional office.
• Experience in higher education is preferred.
• Proficiency with Salesforce and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage calendars for the Associate Dean and Executive Director, coordinating with Leeds colleagues.
• Coordinate travel arrangements and process travel reimbursements.
• Support Dean’s List workflow and publication across the Leeds website.
• Plan and execute logistics for student leadership programs and ceremonies.
• Provide administrative support for designated programs, events, and committees.
• Maintain accurate records and assist with program communications.
