Qualifications

• Prior experience in a shop setting (auto/truck/heavy equipment/rental).
• Read and follow service material instructions or quotes.
• Work safely with caustic chemicals/materials.
• Occasional heavy lifting up to 100 lbs.
• Able to operate machinery and forklift.

Responsibilities

• Contact customers to arrange for measurement.
• Visit customer site and follow all safety guidelines.
• Secure machine to complete undercarriage.
• Measure all components.
• Load measurements into CTS Pro.
• Inform customer of undercarriage status.
• Report findings to appropriate PSSR.
• Write service reports once jobs are completed.
• Keep work area clean throughout process.
• Participate in required safety program, and work in a safe manner.
• Additional duties as assigned by manager.
