Job summary

Yancey Bros. Co. in Pooler, GA is seeking an Undercarriage Customer Support Representative. You will measure wear on heavy equipment undercarriage, log data in CTS Pro, and report findings to the PSSR.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior shop experience (auto/truck/heavy equipment) preferred.
• Ability to read and follow service material instructions or quotes.
• Safely handle caustic materials and heavy lifting up to 100 lbs.
• Operate machinery and forklift.

Responsibilities

• Contact customers to arrange for measurement and site visits.
• Measure undercarriage components and log data in CTS Pro.
• Secure machines and follow safety guidelines during inspections.
• Write service reports after jobs are completed.
• Maintain clean work areas and participate in safety programs.
