Job summary

Yancey Bros. Co. is seeking an Undercarriage Customer Support Representative in Savannah, GA. The role focuses on measuring and documenting undercarriage wear for our steel tracked heavy equipment, interfacing with customers, and logging data into CTS Pro.

Ideal candidates bring mechanical aptitude, organizational skills, and the ability to read technical materials. The position emphasizes safety, daily report writing, and adherence to established guidelines within a team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a shop setting (auto/truck/heavy equipment/rental).
• Read and follow service material instructions or quotes.
• Work safely with caustic chemicals/materials.
• Occasional heavy lifting up to 100 lbs.
• Able to operate machinery and forklift.

Responsibilities

• Contact customers to arrange for measurement
• Visit customer site and follow all safety guidelines
• Secure machine to complete undercarriage
• Measure all components
• Load measurements into CTS Pro
• Inform customer of undercarriage status
• Report findings to appropriate PSSR
• Write service reports once jobs are completed
• Keep work area clean throughout process
• Participate in required safety program, and work in a safe manner
• Additional duties as assigned by manager
