Job summary

RMGS Inc. seeks a seasoned instructor to deliver both classroom and hands-on training in mission planning and unmanned systems integration.

You will advance curricula to reflect evolving technologies and operational needs, while evaluating tools and ensuring compliance and readiness across multi-domain operations. The role requires a Secret clearance, prior military-instructor background, and the ability to work non-standard hours, with occasional travel to support contract needs.

Qualifications

Active Secret clearance required and maintainable.
Valid driver's license and required certifications.
Excellent English communication; Spanish for some roles.
Independent work with high attention to detail.
Physically capable to perform duties in a fast-paced environment.
Non-standard schedules including nights and weekends.
Ability to compose professional correspondence.
Proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office.
Adherence to cybersecurity and IT policies.
Follow regulations and maintain professional conduct.
Three years' active-duty service in NSW, Special Forces, Ranger, MARSOC, Force RECON, SPECWAR, JTAC, Drone Operator, or equivalent.
Four years' leadership and instructor experience without a degree, or two years with degree/certificate in education/engineering/instructional development.
Three years' experience in a technical environment (curriculum) for Unmanned Air Systems.
Four years' Navy NEC 805A Instructor experience or equivalent.
Master Training Specialist certification or equivalent.
Four years' experience in curriculum management and instruction.
English fluent; Spanish/French preferred.
Four years' experience with Naval Instructions (OPNAV 5100.19, etc.).
Four years' logistics/maintenance support experience.
Ability to obtain High-Risk Instructor certification.
Ability to obtain Mississippi CDL permit.
Ability to obtain CDL Class A license.
Maintain Level 1 Fitness Standard.

Responsibilities

Deliver classroom and hands-on instruction on mission planning and deconfliction.
Prepare trainees to integrate unmanned systems into planning.
Modernize and expand curriculum for evolving tech and ops.
Evaluate training tools and update curricula with advanced capabilities.
Travel and drive as required to support operations.
Advise on unmanned systems maintenance, deployment, and compliance.
