Job summary

UIC Arctic Response Services, LLC is looking for an experienced Training Systems Manager to support Navy Unmanned Aircraft Systems training development. This position requires extensive knowledge of military training systems and logistics doctrine.

Key responsibilities include developing training systems plans, leading curriculum creation, and managing performance data. The ideal candidate will possess a MA/MS Degree with 10 years of experience, or a BS/BA Degree with 16 years of relevant experience.

Applicants must hold a Secret security clearance and US citizenship is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience for MA/MS Degree or 16 years for BS/BA Degree.
• Extensive knowledge of training methodologies and acquisition practices.
• Experience developing logistics planning documents.

Responsibilities

• Develop Navy Training Systems Plans and related documentation.
• Lead creation of training curriculum and sustainment documentation.
