Job summary

Nemean Solutions, LLC is seeking a Training Subject Matter Expert to support NAVSPECWARCOM with development, delivery, and evaluation of Uncrewed Systems training across aerial, surface, underwater, and ground platforms.

Applicant must be available during core hours; security clearance is required for involvement with DoD programs and NSW/SOF experience is preferred. The role emphasizes curriculum design, instructional delivery, and training standardization for federal contracts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience across UxS operations, maintenance, and instruction.
• Experience with UAV, USV, UUV, and/or UGV platforms.
• Knowledge of DoD instructional design methodologies.
• Familiarity with high-risk training safety standards.
• Current BLS-AED/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver IQT and MQT programs.
• Design, validate, and update curriculum and instructional materials.
• Conduct classroom, simulation, and hands-on instruction.
• Analyze training effectiveness and recommend improvements.
• Coordinate training logistics and ensure execution of training events.
• Support certification programs and training standardization.
