Job summary

OWT Global LLC is seeking MTT Instructors to deliver contractor-provided Mobile Training Team services in support of JIATF-401 C-sUAS training operations. The role involves delivering JCU-standardized instruction across installations, supporting Domestic Shield training, onboarding, and BDOC integration while maintaining full uptime.

The position requires a bachelor’s or equivalent military/technical background, 5+ years of instructional experience, and willingness to travel CONUS and OCONUS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent military/technical experience.
• 5+ years of instructional or operational experience, preferably in Counter-UAS or related areas.
• Active Secret clearance required; U.S. Citizenship.

Responsibilities

• Deliver formal and informal C-sUAS instruction per JCU-validated doctrine and Programs of Instruction.
• Conduct classroom, practical, and field training events for operational units and installations.
• Prepare lesson plans, training aids, and evaluation materials aligned with current C-sUAS threats.
• Assess student and unit performance against standards and document results.
• Maintain instructor proficiency and currency in C-sUAS systems and Joint C-UAS University standards.
