RMGS, Inc. is seeking an Unmanned Aircraft Systems Operator to support training missions in Stennis, Mississippi. This role requires an active security clearance and delivers instruction on UAS operations, safety, and mission planning under UASOP guidelines.

The position involves teaching international and diverse groups, updating training materials, and mentoring field personnel. It is contingent upon contract award and on-site work with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Active Secret security clearance required.
• Minimum two years’ experience flying UAS in tactical or instructional settings.
• Experience instructing diverse groups, including international environments.
• FAA Part 107 or U.S. Air Force RPA certification.
• Familiarity with DOW policies related to UAS operations.
• Experience with technical writing and curriculum development.
• NEC 805A (Instructor).
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in teams.
• Willingness to travel and work in dynamic field conditions.
• Bachelor of science degree or HS diploma with 4 years military training in robotics/UAS operations.

Responsabilités

• Operate Group 3 UAS in support of training missions.
• Deliver classroom and hands-on instruction on UAS operations.
• Cover topics: airspace requirements, deconfliction, and general rules of the road.
• Ground operations and flight safety.
• Pre-flight/post flight inspections and repair process.
• Mission planning to integrate UAS platforms Fly profiles under UASOP course.
• Ensure UAS/remote pilot operations comply with UASOP, FAA, and DoW regulations.
• Train international military and law enforcement personnel.
• Assist in curriculum development and updates to training materials.
• Support field training exercises and provide technical mentorship.
• Collaborate with staff to ensure mission success and instructional quality.
