• Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
• Occasional travel required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a regional banking operations team to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to policies.
• Liaise with clients and ensure timely, accurate transactions; resolve issues.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop regional staff; prepare status reports.
• Plan, direct, or coordinate delivery of HOA products and services.
