Allen Turner Genesis in Pensacola, FL is seeking an experienced Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager to guide customers through financing and protection options. You will collaborate with lenders to deliver a seamless experience while maximizing profitability and customer satisfaction.

Requirements include prior automotive F&I experience, strong knowledge of finance and compliance, and excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• Previous automotive F&I experience required.
• Strong understanding of automotive finance, compliance, and lender processes.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude.
• Must pass pre-employment background/MVR/drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in securing financing and presenting protection product options.
• Build and maintain relationships with lenders and financial institutions.
• Prepare and process all finance and insurance documentation accurately and efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, lender, and dealership regulations.
• Present extended service contracts, GAP, maintenance plans, and other protection products.
• Review and finalize all paperwork related to vehicle purchases and financing.
• Work closely with the sales team to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain high CSI scores through excellent customer service and professionalism.
