The F&I Manager is responsible for assisting customers with financing and protection product options while ensuring all transactions are completed accurately and in compliance with dealership, state, and federal guidelines. This role works closely with the sales team and lending institutions to deliver a seamless customer experience while maximizing dealership profitability and maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction.
