Job summary

Saela Pest Control is seeking a Commercial Account Manager in Utah to grow the company’s commercial client base and strengthen relationships with business customers. You’ll manage a protected territory, receive company-provided leads, and benefit from top-tier training to close opportunities with uncapped earning potential through base salary, commissions, and bonuses.

This role emphasizes outside sales, consultative pest management solutions, and long-term partnerships with owners and facility

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of B2B sales experience.
• Minimum one year of outside sales experience.
• Proven ability to prospect, cold call, and generate new business.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent organization and time management abilities.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Valid driver's license.
• You must be 18 or over.
• Experience in the pest control industry (preferred).
• Experience managing commercial accounts or customer retention initiatives (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Prospecting and developing new commercial business through networking, cold calling, referrals, and in-person visits.
• Following up on company-provided leads with professionalism and urgency to convert opportunities into long-term customers.
• Conducting on-site consultations to identify customer needs and recommend customized pest management solutions.
• Building trusted relationships with business owners, property managers, and facility managers.
• Managing your sales pipeline and consistently working toward monthly and annual sales goals.
• Partnering with our operations team to ensure customers receive outstanding service.
• Performing regular account reviews and follow-up visits to maintain customer satisfaction, identify additional service opportunities, and maximize client retention.
