Saela Pest Control is seeking a Commercial Account Manager to grow our commercial customer base and strengthen existing client relationships. You’ll work with a protected territory, company-provided leads, and comprehensive training to drive uncapped earnings.

In this role you’ll prospect, conduct on-site consultations, and partner with operations to deliver outstanding service while achieving monthly and annual sales goals.

Qualifications

• One year of B2B sales experience required.
• One year of outside sales experience required.
• Must be able to prospect, cold call, and generate new business.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent organization and time management abilities.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Valid driver’s license and age 18+.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new commercial business through networking, cold calling, referrals, and in-person visits.
• Follow up on company-provided leads to convert opportunities into customers.
• Conduct on-site consultations to identify customer needs and recommend pest management solutions.
• Build trusted relationships with business owners, property managers, and facilities managers.
• Manage sales pipeline and work toward monthly and annual sales goals.
• Partner with operations to ensure outstanding service for customers.
• Perform regular account reviews and follow-up visits to maximize retention.
