Saela seeks a Commercial Account Manager to grow our commercial customer base and strengthen existing client relationships. You will generate new business, manage ongoing accounts, and deliver tailored pest management solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of B2B sales experience.
• Minimum one year of outside sales experience.
• Proven ability to prospect, cold call, and generate new business.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent organization and time management abilities.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• You must be 18 or over.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new commercial business through networking, cold calling, referrals, and visits.
• Follow up on company-provided leads to convert opportunities into customers.
• Conduct on-site consultations to identify customer needs and tailor pest management solutions.
• Build trusted relationships with business owners, property managers, and facility managers.
• Manage your sales pipeline and work toward monthly and annual sales goals.
• Partner with operations to ensure outstanding service.
• Perform regular account reviews and follow-up visits to maximise retention.
