Job summary

Saela Pest Control is seeking a Commercial Account Manager in Plano, TX to grow our commercial client base and strengthen relationships with business owners, property and facility managers. You will identify opportunities, present pest management solutions, and expand long-term partnerships to ensure exceptional service.

You will work with a protected territory, receive company-provided leads, and benefit from industry-leading training and uncapped earning potential.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of B2B sales experience.
• Minimum one year of outside sales experience.
• Proven ability to prospect, cold call, and generate new business.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent organization and time management abilities.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Valid driver's license
• You must be 18 or over

Responsibilities

• Prospecting and developing new commercial business through networking, cold calling, referrals, and in-person visits.
• Following up on company-provided leads with professionalism and urgency to convert opportunities into long-term customers.
• Conducting on-site consultations to identify customer needs and recommend customized pest management solutions.
• Building trusted relationships with business owners, property managers, and facility managers.
• Managing your sales pipeline and consistently working toward monthly and annual sales goals.
• Partnering with our operations team to ensure customers receive outstanding service.
• Performing regular account reviews and follow-up visits to maintain customer satisfaction, identify additional service opportunities, and maximize client retention.
