Job summary

Renewal by Andersen, the custom division of Andersen Windows in Knoxville, seeks a Residential Sales Consultant (Design Consultant) for full-time, commission-based work with paid training. You will visit pre-scheduled residential appointments to present replacement window/door options and guide homeowners to same-day decisions.

This role requires travel up to 3 hours daily, a valid driver’s license, and 2+ years in luxury/high-value sales.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Willingness to travel up to 3 hours for appointments.
• Able to lift and carry 40–60 lbs.
• 2+ years of sales success in luxury goods or high-value transactions.
• Comfort with a structured sales process.

Responsibilities

• Go to pre-scheduled in-home appointments and conduct sales presentations for window and door replacements.
• Provide homeowners with all information needed to make a same-day decision.
• This role emphasizes strong closing skills and does not require cold calling or project management.
