Job summary

Renewal by Andersen Metro & Midwest is seeking motivated Design Consultants to visit residential homes and present window and door replacement options. This role focuses on a strong one-call close with no project management or follow-up required.

As a full-time, commission-based position, you’ll receive paid training, ongoing coaching, and the chance to earn uncapped commissions, plus benefits and a 401(k) plan

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required.
• Travel up to 2 hours daily for appointments.
• Able to lift 40-60 lbs of sample materials.
• 2+ years of sales success in luxury goods or high-value transactions.
• Willingness to learn a structured sales process.

Responsibilities

• Go to pre-scheduled residential appointments and present replacement solutions.
• Close on the same-day decision for projects with uncapped commissions.
• Participate in paid training and ongoing coaching to sharpen selling skills.
• Represent a trusted brand and deliver a professional customer experience.
