Renewal by Andersen - Knoxville is seeking motivated sales professionals to join our next training class in November 2026. Our Design Consultants visit pre-scheduled residential appointments to present windows and doors, guiding homeowners to a same-day decision.

This full-time role offers uncapped commissions (average earnings $150k–$200k), paid training with coaching, and opportunities for annual top-performer trips.

Qualifications

• Have a valid Driver’s License (required).
• Comfortable traveling up to 3 hours for appointments daily (required).
• Ability to lift and carry 40–60 lbs of sample materials (required).
• Capable of navigating various applications on an iPad (required).
• 2+ years of sales success in luxury goods, premium services, or high-value transactions.
• Willingness to learn a structured and proven sales process.

Responsibilities

• Go to pre-scheduled appointments in residential homes and conduct sales presentations.
• Provide all information for homeowners to make a same-day decision on window/door replacement projects.
• Close sales with a strong, no-pressure approach.
