QualX LLC seeks an Unauthorized Disclosure Review Analyst to support the DoW under the I&S task order. You will review taskings and records, identify actions and information equities, and coordinate responses across DoW Components for government review.

You will maintain accurate trackers, prepare draft responses for DOJ, and support the administrative review process with timely, compliant documentation.

Qualifications

• Analytical thinking and problem solving for complex taskings.
• Structured approach to reviewing records and identifying actions.
• Strong written and oral communication for government stakeholders.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and security awareness.
• Familiarity with standard office software and generic government tracking tools.

Responsabilités

• Tasking intake and review; verify package completeness and capture case identifiers and deadlines.
• Analyze information equities and determine required responses and coordination paths.
• Coordinate with DoW components through CATMS and track actions.
• Maintain trackers and monitor deadlines; elevate overdue actions and risks.
• Consolidate inputs and assemble draft responses for government approval and DOJ transmission.
• Support SOPs, training materials, and workload metrics; suggest improvements.
• Safeguard classified information and complete required security training.
• Manage concurrent actions and coordinate priorities with the QualX lead.
