Job summary

Dezign Concepts LLC in McLean, VA seeks an experienced FOIA/Privacy Act Analyst to support review, protection, and release of sensitive government information. The role handles complex disclosure cases under FOIA, PA, EO 13526, coordinating with IC components and external agencies.

The successful candidate will manage MDR/ADR tasks, ensure compliant documentation, and deliver timely final responses with a focus on accuracy and professional writing.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.
• Bachelor's degree and at least five years of relevant experience, or nine years of relevant experience without a degree.
• Experience supporting FOIA, PA, MDR, and/or ADR case processing.
• Ability to review sensitive government records for disclosure, privacy, and classification compliance.
• Excellent written communication and ability to produce professional documents.

Responsibilities

• Respond to FOIA/PA requests for review and release of classified information.
• Process complex cases, including FOIA litigation and appeals.
• Conduct MDR and ADR per EO 13526.
• Coordinate taskings and document collection across IC components and agencies.
• Validate search adequacy and document case actions.
• Review files to ensure completeness and proper documentation.
• Monitor progress and meet deadlines; coordinate with government leads.
• Prepare high-quality work products requiring minimal editing.
• Submit signed final letters within three business days after approval.
• Track case status using government tools.
• Provide input to annual compliance reports.
• Assist in making ODNI information public when directed.
