Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Site Supervisor Unarmed Experienced Security in Kentucky. The role oversees the on-site security operations, including staffing, scheduling, training, and ensuring contract compliance for the client site.

The ideal candidate has supervisory security experience, a high school diploma, and strong communication and problem-solving skills. Benefits include weekly pay, medical/dental/vision insurance, a 401(k), and life insurance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• State licensing/testing as needed for drivings or licensing.
• Supervisory experience in security recommended (minimum 1 year).
• Must be 18+ (21+ if armed).
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee security function on-site including staffing, scheduling and on-site training.
• Ensure contract-required training and screening for security personnel.
• Maintain overtime at minimal level per AUS guidelines.
• Inspect security personnel performance and contract compliance.
• Handle payroll, incident reports review, and post orders support.
• Recommend personnel actions and respond to client requests.
• Issue emergency notifications per site Post Orders and direct subordinates.
• Provide guidance and disciplinary decisions as needed.
• Propose productivity improvements and security surveys.
