Allied Universal is hiring a Site Supervisor – Experienced – Unarmed – Days to oversee the on-site security team and operations at a client site. The role focuses on staffing, training, post orders, and ensuring contract compliance while maintaining high-quality service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Pass state-required training or licensing as required.
• Pass a state licensing test if driving company or client vehicles.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in security.
• 18+ years old (21+ if armed).
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to interact with the public.
• Strong problem solving and decision making.
• Attention to detail and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Oversee staffing, scheduling, and on-site training for AUS personnel.
• Ensure training and screening requirements are met for security staff.
• Maintain overtime to a minimum or designated level by AUS.
• Inspect personnel performance to ensure quality of service and contract compliance.
• Assist in payroll, incident reports, security surveys, and post orders.
• Provide direction and disciplinary actions for subordinates as needed.
• Respond to client requests and incidents on-site.
• Suggest productivity improvements and cost-reduction ideas.
