Allied Universal is hiring a Security Shift Supervisor - Unarmed - Experienced to oversee security for a high-profile client campus in the New Albany area. The role includes directing subordinates, coordinating staffing, and enforcing site post orders to deter incidents and ensure safety.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of verifiable security experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a valid driver’s license. Proficiency in MS Office and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Minimum of two (2) years verifiable security experience.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to follow written/verbal orders and compose reports.

Responsibilities

• Oversee staffing, scheduling and on-site training for security officers on shift.
• Ensure contract training and screening elements for security personnel are met.
• Maintain overtime at minimum or as designated by Allied Universal.
• Inspect security personnel to ensure quality of service and contract compliance.
• Prepare security surveys and post orders; assist in payroll and incident report review.
