Job summary

Qualifications

• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• Experience using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Loss prevention experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check and drug screen as per applicable laws.
• Licensing requirements may be required depending on state/local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and employees by following site procedures.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, maintain visitor/driver entry records, direct authorized personnel.
• Screen incoming/outgoing traffic at gates or entrances to support controlled access.
• Respond to incidents calmly and report observations to leadership or responders.
• Conduct regular patrols of access points, loading areas, parking areas, and perimeter.
