Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, employees, and delivery personnel while carrying out site-specific access-control procedures and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Monitor and manage access points at an automotive location, verifying credentials and visitor/badge documentation.
• Maintain accurate visitor, contractor, and vehicle entry records and issue/ retrieve credentials as directed.
• Respond to access-control concerns and incidents in a calm, problem-solving manner and coordinate with site contacts and emergency personnel.
• Conduct regular patrols of entrances, parking areas, and perimeters to deter unauthorized activity.
