Qualifications

• Minimum requirements include a valid driver’s license, background check, and drug screen as per policy.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge handling experience are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, employees, and delivery personnel while executing site-specific access-control procedures.
• Monitor and manage access at automotive locations, verify credentials, and document visitor and delivery information.
• Maintain accurate entry records and issue/return access credentials as directed by site procedures.
