Prosegur is seeking an Unarmed Security Officer - Site Supervisor in Charleston, SC. This on-site leadership role oversees daily shift operations, post assignments, and client interactions while ensuring safety, access control, and compliant reporting.

Responsibilities include supervising officers, training, incident documentation, and collaboration with HR/Operations to maintain high security standards. Requires a high school diploma and a state security license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years security experience with 1+ year supervisory role.
• Active state security license/guard card for the state (or eligible to obtain).
• Valid driver’s license (if site requires driving) and ability to pass background/drug screening.
• Strong written and verbal communication; professional customer-service demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily shift briefings; assign posts and verify staffing.
• Monitor site activity; enforce access control, visitor management, and patrols.
• Maintain logs, incident reports, and daily activity reports (DARs).
• Conduct post inspections and quality checks; escalate issues as needed.
• Schedule officers and manage timekeeping; coordinate coverage for leave.
• Coach and develop officers; provide on-the-job training and drills.
• Support recruiting/onboarding and verify certifications.
• Prepare incident summaries and KPI updates for client reviews.
