Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree or higher preferred or equivalent military/police background.
• CA Guard Card or licensing as per state/local laws is required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Make emergency notifications as necessary per site Post Orders.
• Direct and instruct subordinates in duty performance.
• Cross-train officers to improve versatility and site efficiency.
• Recommend productivity and cost-reduction measures to management.
• Suggest updates to security surveys and post orders.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, and on-site training for the shift.
• Ensure contract-required training and screening are completed.
• Maintain overtime at minimum or within designated limits.
• Inspect personnel performance for contract compliance.
• Assist in payroll, incident reports, and security surveys.
