The position requires 2+ years of verifiable security experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a valid driver’s license. Leadership, teamwork, and strong communication are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Associate’s degree or higher or equivalent service experience.
• Minimum 2 years of verifiable security experience.
• Strong customer service and reporting skills.
• Ability to follow written and verbal orders; proficient with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee security staff on the assigned shift and ensure coverage.
• Provide direction and training to subordinates.
• Cross-train officers to improve versatility and site efficiency.
• Recommend security improvements and post orders to management.
• Ensure contract compliance and proper screening for personnel.
• Maintain overtime at a minimum level designated by Allied Universal®.
• Prepare incident reports and assist in security surveys and post orders.
