Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the delivery of security services on a specific shift.
• Act as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager and officers.
• Provide coaching, recognition and discipline within empowerment guidelines.
• Maintain accurate logs and reports; respond to incidents calmly.
