Allied Universal is seeking a Security Guard Unarmed Patrol Operations in NEW YORK, NY to monitor and safeguard clients at a technology-focused location, delivering superior customer service to employees and visitors while upholding site procedures.

You will perform unarmed patrols, verify credentials, respond to incidents, and document activities, coordinating with site leadership to deter unauthorized activity and maintain a welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• Age 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required by law.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applicants with criminal histories as permitted by applicable laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.
• Driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors at a technology-focused location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of offices, common areas, parking areas, and surrounding perimeter.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, and report access-control concerns.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Document observations, incidents, and patrol activities and communicate with site leadership.
